Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of declaration of the above financial results of the Company.
