BCL Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company from November 03, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the designated person defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended on September 30, 2016, in terms of the provision of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
