Sangam India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the company for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window for dealing in Company’s securities shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
