Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from November 05, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall remain open from November 14, 2016.
