Modern Converters Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company is closed for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from November 04, 2016 till November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016.
