Shree Vatsaa Finance & leasing Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2016 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 12, 2016.
