ARC Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Director of the Company scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to transact the following Matters; 1. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015 consider and approve Un-audited Financial Result for Quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016 for all directors/officers/designated employees of the company with immediate effect from this notice till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company to the stock exchange (both days inclusive). 2. To adopt Limited Review Report on Un-audited Quarterly Result of September 30, 2016.
