Virat Crane Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following material matter: - To consider and approve un-Audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of insider trading adopted by the company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 10, 2016 till 48 hours after the financial results become generally available to pubic, for all directors and designated officers of the company.
