Sanmit Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider the un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the provisions of the Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company, the trading window of the company will be closed from November 07, 2016 to November 14, 2016.
