Jaihind Synthetics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Un- Audited Statement of Accounts for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from November 08, 2016 to November 16, 2016.
