Arex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016: inter alia; - To consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, that in terms of the code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window will be closed from the date of this letter, being November 03, 2016 and will be reopened after 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended on September 30, 2016.
