Newtime Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, with reference to the above, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and Others, from November 04, 2016 till November 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
