Eros International Media Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and others covered under the said Code from November 03, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
