Adhunik Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter-alia, to discuss, consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 for all the Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from November 03, 2016 to November 14, 2016. (Both day inclusive).
