KSL & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI, (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 for Quarter & Half Year ended September 30, 2016 Further, in this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for Specified Persons commence from November 13, 2016 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
