Roselabs Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened to be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in term of the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended and half year ended September 30, 2016.
