Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, for the purpose of considering and approving the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter/ half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Fair Disclosure Code for prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company, the "trading window" for trading in the shares of the Company by directors, officers, designated employees and connected persons (including dependents and immediate relatives), shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 to the closing business hours on November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
