Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from November 03, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
