Regent Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in the terms of "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" in shares of the Company ("Code"), the Trading window will remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016 for Designated Persons as per Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct For Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will reopen on November 15, 2016.
