Tobu Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s code of conduct formulated there under, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 from November 04, 2016 till November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
