KSS Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on, November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/officers and Designated Employees of the Company including their immediate relatives from November 05, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid results to the public, approved in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016.
