Continental Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter Ended September 30, 2016 along with Limited Review of the Auditors. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window closure period would commences from 05:00 p.m. on November 05, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 14, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors. Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Companys shares/securities.
