Skyline Ventures India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2016 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Company has further informed that Trading Window would remain closed from November 07, 2016 to November 16, 2016 both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents). 1. Directors 2. Designated Employees 3. Auditors as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
