Shiva Medicare Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from November 07, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company on November 14, 2016.
