National Standard (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 22, 2016, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30,2016. Further, in term of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities shall remain closed from November 12, 2016 to November 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
