GE Power India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, for the aforesaid purpose, the "Trading Window" shall remain closed from November 15, 2016 to November 23, 2016 (both days inclusive).
