Borosil Glass Works Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 25, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from November 20, 2016 to November 27, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on November 28, 2016.
