Escorts Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 24, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. The financial results shall be subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
