Rane Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2016. In accordance with Rane Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished price sensitive information, the Trading Window would remain closed for promoters, directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from December 10, 2016 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2016.
