With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 11, 2016, regarding Board Meeting Scheduled on November 12, 2016. Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of the Bank will meet on December 15, 2016; inter alia, to consider the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter & Half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).
