To approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017. 2. To approve the Assets and Liabilities Statement for the half year ended September 30, 2017. 3. Any other business with the permission of chair. The approved results will be uploaded on BSE website after conclusion of the said meeting.
