M/s. P A R K & Co. 3.Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications (Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March, 2019. This is to further inform you that the Company has amended its existing Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information to bring it in conformity with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018. The aforesaid amended code will be effective from 1st April, 2019. Kindly take the above on record.
