1)Approved the Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the period ended on 31st March 2019 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 on recommendation of Audit committee. A copy of the Audited Financial Results of the company along with Auditors Report issued by Statutory Auditor of the company and Statement on impact of Audit Qualification, in the prescribed format in Annexure-I for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2019, duly approved by the Board of Directors in conformity with the Listing Regulations are enclosed. 2) Recommendation of dividend of Re 1 per Equity shares of the company , for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2019, subject to approval of the members at the forthcoming Annual General meeting of the company.
