This is to inform that at the meeting held today, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results along with Independent Auditors Limited Review Reports and a copy of Press Release being released in this regard are attached herewith. The meeting commenced at 10.15 a.m. and ended at 1.00 p.m. for the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled at 2.45 p.m. The meeting re-convened at 5.30 p.m. for conduct of the remaining agenda items and the agenda relating to financial results were approved by the Board at 6.20 p.m. The Board meeting continues for discussing other agenda item(s).
