Pursuant to regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Board Considered took on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / Nine Months Ended 31/12/2018 along with the Limited Review report issued by M/s. J.V.Ramanujam & Co., Chartered accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. A copy of the Un Audited Financial results for the quarter / Nine Months Ended 31/12/2018 along with the statement of Assets and Liabilities is attached herewith ? The Board approved the Compliances related to the quarter ended 31/12/2018
