ASIAN FERTILIZERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. In pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window shall remain closed from 31st December, 2018 to 10th February, 2019 (both days inclusive).
