The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 23rd July, 2019 which commenced at 5.15 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m., approved the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019. A copy of the said results is enclosed pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors on the above Stand-alone and Consolidated results are also enclosed.
