ASIAN HOTELS (WEST) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to inform you that 75th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, 14th February, 2019, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018. Further, please note that pursuant to clause 9(2) of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company remains closed from 7th February, 2019 to 16th February, 2019 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open for trading from 17th February, 2019.
