ASIAN HOTELS (WEST) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirement) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, 9th August, 2018 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Further, please note that pursuant to clause 9(2) of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company remains closed from 2nd August, 2018 to 11th August, 2018 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open for trading from 12th August, 2018.
