Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31St March, 2019 as per Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 and Statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 31St March, 2019, approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 30th May, 2019. 2. The Board Meeting commenced at 12.30 pm. and concluded at 01.38 pm. 3. Auditors Report with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on 3st March, 2019. 4. The Board of Directors of the Company does not recommend any dividend this year. 5. A declaration addressed to BSE duly signed by Managing Director of the Company.
