CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19.11.2018, we wish to inform you that due to certain labour unrest relating to one of our units, un-audited financial results for quarter ended 31.12.2018 could not be get prepared in time. Further, we will update you on this, when we conduct Board Meeting for approval of Financial Results for quarter ended 31.12.2018.
