The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 12.03.2019 considered the agenda of Non-Submission of financial results for quarter ended 31.12.2018 and directed Finance heads of all 3 units (Sonepat, Sahibabad and Malanpur) to take necessary action immediately and complete preparation of financial results. Further, The Board of Directors has also directed Factory Manager of Sonepat Unit to resolve the matter with Labour, so that working of Sonepat unit could not be harmed.
