The Board of Directors at their meeting held today (commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 6:45 P.M.) considered/approved/noted the following matters: 1. Approved Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended 31st December, 2018 along with Limited Review Report thereon, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the same is enclosed herewith for your records. 2. Company shall continue its trend to opt not to submit quarterly / year to date consolidated financial results along with the Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June 2019, 30th September 2019 and 31st December 2019 under Regulation 33(3)(B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015.
