Pursuant to the provisions under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company together with notes to the financial statement for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018 and took on record the Audit Reports of the Statutory Auditors there on. The Auditors have issued their Report with modified (qualified) opinion on the Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2018. Statement on impact of audit qualification for the year ended 31st March, 2018 as required under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 is enclosed. The Board Meeting commenced at 03:30 PM and concluded at 7: 15 p.m.
