Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Financial Statement with the Audited Report for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2018 as submitted by M/s L. T. Jadav & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company has been enclosed herewith. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 7.00 p.m.
