In terms of Regulation 33 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of Annual Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018, which has been approved by the Board in its meeting held today, i.e. May 25, 2018. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 4:30 p.m. today Also, we are enclosing herewith the Audit Report in respect of the Annual Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company. In compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27th May, 2016, we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Audit Report on Standalone Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018 with unmodified opinion.
