Pursuant to Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board at its Meeting held on May 21, 2018 has, inter alia, approved the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018. Please find enclosed herewith Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report and Press Release. Also find enclosed the declaration on Audit Reports with unmodified opinion. Further, Regulation 52 is not applicable to Company as all the debentures of the Company were redeemed in November2018. Accordingly, the information stipulated in Regulation 52(4) is not forming part of the Audited Standalone Financial Results. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b), the Company has opted to submit Consolidated Financial Results in addition to Standalone Financial Results for the Financial Year 2018-19. The Board Meeting commenced at 5.30 p.m. and concluded at 7.15 p.m.
