A copy of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2018, Auditors Report (Standalone and Consolidated) and declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (standalone and consolidated) are enclosed herewith as Annexure-I The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10:15 A.M. and concluded at 3.10 P.M.
