In continuation of our letter dated 07.05.2018, we wish to inform you that Board of Directors at its meeting held today, inter-alia had approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclosed the following: (i) Statements showing the Audited financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2018 in the prescribed format (ii) Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results - Standalone and Consolidated (iii) A declaration on Auditors Report with unmodified opinion pursuant to the SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CNID/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016. The results are being uploaded on the Companys website at www.srf.com. Further, the Board of Directors decided to hold 47th AGM of the Company on Tuesday August 7, 2018. The meeting started at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.15 p.m.
