This is with reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that: - (a) Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III Part A Para A and Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the 4th quarter/ year ended 31st March, 2018 along with the Audit Report by Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, Statutory Auditors thereon. (b) Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors has decided to opt to adopt and disclose the quarterly /year to date standalone financial results only to the stock exchanges for the financial year 2018-19
